In a recent study, Hubspot found that small and medium sized B2C businesses that used Twitter saw twice as many business leads as those that didn’t. Blogging significantly increased business leads for both B2B and B2C businesses.

A few weeks ago, I told you about the 2009 eNonprofits Benchmarks Study, which allows you to compare the effectiveness of your e-mail campaigns to that of other nonprofits. Today, M+R released its 2010 Nonprofit Social Media Benchmarks Study, reporting the effectiveness of nonprofits’ Facebook and Twitter efforts.
